1 week (7 days) distance healing package, Total 105 minute ethereal sending time, allow 15 minutes per day plus at least 10 minutes beforehand to relax and be ready to receive the Reiki healing energy.

If possible please email photo of recipient and a close up of any part of the body if the intention is to send healing to a specific area.
Booking time must be agreed so you can relax yourself in a quiet space for around 10 to 15 minutes beforehand and state to yourself that you are ready to receive the Reiki healing energy. So allow yourself 30 minutes altogether then drink a glass of water after the session so that you ground yourself.
All sessions should be at the same time on consecutive days.

You may feel emotional or have other sensations during and after the session, this is because the Reiki may be relieving and releasing problems physical and or mental within you that will help with your healing, this is completely normal and will fade relatively quickly,
